You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from planning to executing and evaluating success afterwards.
An event coordinator must be well-organized and competent in time-management and sales.
Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates.

Responsibilities Meet with new and existing clients to plan their social functions, corporate events, golf outings, and weddings.
Work with Sales & Marketing department to attract new clients and explore business opportunities.
Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
Process booked events from start to finish including processing payments at the end of the event.
Create and finalize sales contracts, banquet event orders and pricing agreements with clients Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems Evaluate event's success and submit reports Assist with Byrncliff-sponsored events or promote Byrncliff at other events in the area.
In slower seasons assist at the Front Desk and Pro Shop/Ski Shop assisting groups and guests as needed Skills/Experience Proven experience as event coordinator or track record of organizing successful events Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Platforms Background in sales and/or hospitality Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must be well-organized and efficient Must be able to multi-task and handle stress Problem-solving and leadership skills Job Types:
